Precision Casting Process includes lost wax casting, lost foam casting & silica sol casting.The front and back processes are still more commonly used. The different between lost wax and silica sol casting is the product model shell for cast pouring, it causes the raw surface texture and raw cast tolerance are different. Silica sol casting is slightly better. Customers could choose the correct production way according to cast products precision requirement to have reasonable production cost.
