Task from the customer
The customer operates a recycling plant for processing used fats. Particularly in the winter months, the problem arose that the fats in the barrels solidified and could not be further processed. Additional requirements were to protect the greases from overheating as well as to ensure mechanical insensitivity to rough handling.
solution
After mutual agreement, the variant of dipping an immersion heater with cylindrical heating rods into the solidified grease from above turned out to be particularly optimal. A flanged heater with a robust connection hood with integrated control/limitation and solid handles and ring eyes for practical handling was manufactured. In addition, the radiator can now also be used to heat a larger amount of water. The delivery time was 3 weeks.

Flanged radiators are used in systems where high power ratings and compact dimensions are required. The supply voltage is 400V 3-ph. Depending on the power, up to 690V 3-ph. is also possible.
The heating power must be selected according to the requirements and depends on the size to be used and the medium to be heated.
