Ring heaters are used for heating e.g. boilers and containers, moulds and tools and much more. They can be manufactured individually in size, supply voltage and power specifically for your application.

Micanite with sheet metal edging (tin-plated or galvanised sheet steel, copper, aluminium or stainless steel sheet)

rectangular, round or trapezoidal
with holes or recesses according to drawing or sample

Connection lines:

twisted connection strand, bare
Insulated with silicone tube
Insulated with glass fabric sleeving
beaded
Glass fabric-insulated pure nickel litz
Steel braided feeder cable

Connecting ends:

Connecting bolts M4, M5 or M6 depending on size
Wire end sleeves
eyelets 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 mm
Cable lugs 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 mm
blade terminals 2.8 mm / 4.8 mm / 6.3 mm

junction boxes:

bent from sheet metal (optionally with Euro plug) or aluminium
Holes and mounting brackets for thermostats are possible.
Surface heating elements are pressed firmly against the part to be heated by means of pressure plates (depending on size, 3-12 mm thick).
