BBS central heating plants in containers are the economical and quick solutions for every heating system. We produce our steam, hot and warm water and thermal oil boilers tailored to the container.
The central heating plant is installed, electrically wired and tested and ready for operation. In the case of steam systems, the water softening and feed tank are fitted with a degasser, the system is approved by TÜV and is ready for operation immediately in situ.
BBS has been manufacturing central heating plants in containers for over 20 years now.
Our systems are used to heat residential areas of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk and Kazakhstan. On the Caspian Sea, steam systems work to protect the environment, to eliminate leaked heavy fuel oil. The six containers (the thermal oil systems shown in the image) are in operation in the west Siberian OIL and GAS industry.
We develop our systems with consideration to the available space and weather conditions, the materials requirements, the fire protection class required; also with consideration to the applicable national legislation.

Function:
Indirect steam generation with a steam generator. Heating is provided by thermal oil
Construction:
Depending on the requirements, we supply our hot and warm water systems as individual components or completely including water treatment. (softening plant), feed water points and containers as well as switch box
Firing / Fuels:
We adapt our burners to your liquid or gaseous fuel, such as heavy, medium and light oil or bio-, sewage- and natural gas. We also implement solutions with combination burners. Standard output range: 300 kW to 17 MW.Design:
