CERAMIC HEATING ROD FOR SOLDERS
The ceramic heating rod was designed as a grooved rod heater. The heating element is also sold under the names cartridge heater, ceramic cartridge, ceramic heating element.
Task from the customer
Our customer was looking for a new supplier for special heating elements, because the previous manufacturer failed for him.
These were ceramic heating elements for a circulating air soldering furnace. As this design had proved itself, the design was to be identical to the previous heating elements.

After the drawings or samples had been submitted, it became apparent that new tools and devices were required for the production of the ceramic support elements. The production itself was possible with our machines. There were always series of approx. 100 pieces in different lengths and capacities.
