The easy way to store heavy loads and pallets. They are available in 800 mm and 1100 depths with a load capacity of over 4 tons per compartment.

Heavy duty racks and pallet racks The pallet racks and heavy duty racks are manufactured in three versions with a load capacity of 6.3 t to 12.5 t. The closed construction of the post profiles has a higher strength than the construction with C-profiles that is common with many other manufacturers. The frames are made of the highest quality, certified, sendzimir galvanized sheet steel, which ensures permanent corrosion protection and thus an almost unlimited service life. All load-bearing components are also made of high-tensile steel, certified according to EN10204 3.1 B. The beams consist of profiled, closed hollow profiles with 4 layers of material in the main load zones. The grooves on the top of the beams are intended for flush-fitting floor panels (shelves for non-palletized goods), grid box supports and barrel supports. The welded-on suspension claws have 5 suspension hooks, three of which are loaded in tension and two in compression. This ensures an optimal frictional connection with the post. This specific design significantly improves the load-bearing capacity of the beams, as higher loads and deflection of the beams prevent the hook-in claw from rotating in the post. The narrow height adjustability in 50 mm increments allows optimum use of the existing storage height. The beams are powder-coated in an environmentally friendly process. All components of our shelving systems are regularly subjected to precise technical tests.
