Acquisition of a majority stake in the Rolling Bearing Factory ISKRA Joint Stock Company by one of the biggest rolling bearing manufacturers in the world, the Japanese concern NSK. Continuation of the activity at the Special Tool Plant.
9 October 1998
Awarding a certificate of quality system conformity with the requirements of ISO 9002 standard issued by BVQI to Special Tool Plant.
11 December 2000
Registration of a company named ISKRA Special Tool Centre (ISKRA Centrum Narzędzi Specjalnych Sp. z o. o.) at the Kielce District Court, belonging to the NSK Europe Ltd. The beginning of activity as an independent entity by commercial law. Development of cooperation with many customers.
