The systems XLW, XLW (M), XLW (B), XLW (PC), XLW (EC), XLW (G6) and MED-01 models are material testers capable of testing tensile strength, elongation coefficient, peel-off resistance at 90 or 180 degrees, sealing seam strength and tear strength of a wide range of material samples, among others.
The specimen is clamped between the clamps of the instrument. The clamps move away from each other while the change in force and deformation is measured. Approximately 100 different clamps are available for the instruments, which can clamp up to 1000 materials such as plastic films, laminated materials, adhesives, adhesive tape, tape, leather, rubber and paper. The models differ in their nominal load, lifting height, number of material test points and test variants.
