This new device was developed in order to wind fine wire on long cylindrical coils with narrow contours.
First the coil is fixed at the clamping unit and then it is inserted in the spindle hous-ing via driven counter bearing.
The counter bearing is driven on the mounted linear guidance device according to the preset feed rate.
In the starting position the wires need to be fixed in the wire compartment and then the winding process can be started.
The winding principle is based on a fixed wire guidance and a moveable bobbin.
