P+S manufactures technical components from pressureless cast polyurethanes. Massive / compact and also foamed materials belong to the product portfolio.
Due to a multitude of different qualities, components can be designed according to customer and application requirements. Different properties can be created by formulating our own recipes and adapted to the respective application.

Even more beautiful concrete surfaces through V-polymer
The main advantage of VytaFlex® compared to other products available on the market is the unique V-polymer. A special formulation that results in a denser cell structure during the cross-linking process and thus a smoother surface of the negative mould. This enables better separating properties and the economical use of concrete formwork oil. Due to the resulting lower residues in the PUR negative mould, both more uniform and colour-true concrete casts are achieved. The simple mixing ratio and good flowability also make processing easier. Vacuum venting is not necessary. VytaFlex® polyurethanes cure with negligible shrinkage to a durable rubber that can be used for numerous castings and meets the high demands of mass production with concrete, plaster and other abrasive materials. Negative molds made of VytaFlex® 60 are ideal for casting modern types of concrete such as UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) or SCC (Self Compacting Concrete) with high curing temperatures.
