Agitator mixers are just as indispensable in small production and craft businesses as in industry. Regardless of the materials or chemicals that are under-processed or mixed together, the goal is always a reliable mixing of the substances used. Height-adjustable agitator mixers for various containers
Our horizontally and vertically adjustable agitator mixers are versatile. This is due to the special construction which allows variable adjustment. Depending on the mixing container, you can adjust the agitator in a few simple steps and optimise both the height of the agitator and the distance between the container and the lifting column. This functionality makes the unit suitable for mixing a wide variety of materials in 200 litre drums and in 1,000 litre IBC containers.
Uncomplicated loading of the mixer
The loading of the mixer as well as its exact adjustment is done manually. Move the containers up to the container detection regardless of their size. A robust tension belt ensures reliable stability during the mixing process. Use a clamping lever to position the agitator at the correct height and at the correct lateral distance. You start the mixing process by pressing a button on the control cabinet on the side and end it in the same way.
Powerful and individually applicable
The design of the agitator ensures a reliable and uniform mixing of the various components within a short time. By replacing the stirrer, the mixer is suitable for a wide range of different applications. Depending on which stirrer you use, the agitator mixer is suitable for homogenizing as well as for dispersing, in order to mix a liquid and non-soluble medium with another liquid medium.
