Welcome to LuMa-Tec Handling SystemsLuMa-Tec has a global presence and is at home in Bavaria. From Hofheim, LuMa-Tec develops and produces extrusion lines and the respective downstream models, as well as special machines for plastics processing for national and international customers and markets.

Our main field of activity isthe production of extrusion machines, e.g. various extruders, cutters, coolingbaths, haul-offs, thermal ovens, spare parts, etc., and handling systems,partly for pipes up to 250 mm, sometimes larger on request.


Our highly automated production lines are used in production facilities all over the world. Our aim is to make extrusion processes safer. This includes, for example, very precise control of temperatures and other parameters in the production process. In future, we will achieve this through a very high degree of automation in process control in our newly developed LuMa-Tec production lines.

Green Extrusion Technology is a dynamic Danish company that has specialized in designing and building high performance laboratory extruders, all-around extruders, granulators, shredders, and in-house recycling (re pelletizing) machines for testing and processing a variety of materials such as biodegradable and compostable bioplastics, recycled materials, masterbatch, and plastic additives.
We keep our focus simple: practical machines that are easy to work with and ready to run.
Our shredders, granulators, and in-house re-pelletizing machines are the perfect solution for setting up a closed-loop recycling process in any plastic manufacturing facility, bringing production waste back into production.
Our laboratory extruders and all-around extruders are versatile machines used for research, development, and small-scale production of plastic materials. They are designed to handle a wide range of materials and processing conditions, making them ideal for material testing, process development, training, and small scale film production, develop new materials, fine-tune settings, and produce narrow films or customer samples before moving to full-scale production.
