Description

Etanorm SYT is KSB’s innovative response to increased requirements on pumps technology used for synthetic heat transfer media. As its predecessor, it is a standardised pump to EN 733 suitable for handling hot water, mineral and synthetic heat transfer media.
Innovative improvements and technical modifications have resulted in a technically outstanding product: maximum operating reliability is ensured by an optimised, highly effective venting contour. The “neck” area of the discharge cover has been reinforced for increased rigidity. Moreover, less heat is transferred to the bearing bracket thanks to the optimised heat barrier.
High energy efficiency is achieved with an optimum hydraulic system, impellers trimmed to match the specified duty point as well as variable-speed operation in combination with the standard IE2 motor.
Etanorm SYT is also available with double-acting mechanical seal to realise high operating reliability and with SiC bearings for high resistance.

About us
More valve in less space
High delivery capability due to production exclusively in Germany
H+ fluid combines what makes the best quality and reliability: many years of experience in the production of valves, with the speed, adaptability and customer orientation of an experienced mechanical engineering company in its third generation.
For more than 30 years, our sister company, Heimberger GmbH from Oberderdingen, has been producing 2/2-way solenoid valves and has achieved the highest level of competence in this field over the course of time. With the founding of the company H+ fluid GmbH in 2020 by the Heimberger family, the company is now entering the big stage of valve manufacturers with its own product. The wish of our long-standing customers to act as a direct supplier and to bring the reliability and quality that you are accustomed to in other areas of Heimberger GmbH to the field of valve manufacturing has thus been fulfilled. 100% family-owned, we are a classic example of a healthy German medium-sized company with great ambitions!
Our focus is on the further development, assembly and distribution of 2/2-way valves. A first milestone is the move into the new premises in Bretten-Gölshausen in spring 2021, so that nothing stands in the way of sustainable production. Thanks to the very efficient and reliable workflows and processes, our company has already been able to convince many major customers and nothing more stands in the way of strong, sustainable growth.

Heat Transfer Pumps - Manufacturers, Traders & Suppliers

Heat Transfer Pumps
Heat transfer pumps are pumps for pumping heat-bearing liquids such as hot water or hot oil and are thus usually part of heating systems. They differ in design from other heat pumps because, despite the passage of hot liquids through this pump technology, the bearings and seals must not overheat. For this reason, these elements must either be specially cooled or it must be ensured at the design stage that they cannot come into contact with the liquid. For example, complete thermal insulation of the housing to retain the heat is not possible, as this would also lead to heat accumulation in the mechanics. The pumps must be hermetically sealed, as mineral oils are often conveyed, which must not escape under any circumstances when the system is used in the food industry.Heat transfer pumps are mainly used as part of heating and cooling systems in various branches of industry such as the food industry, plastics industry, food production and industrial laundries. In the plastics industry, these systems are used to maintain the reaction temperature of boilers in chemical plants or to heat conveyor belts, presses, automatic spraying machines and melting pots. The food industry uses these systems to operate baking ovens, large fryers and distillation plants.
