During powder coating, the paint powder is electrostatically charged. Using modern application technology, our coaters spray this powder onto the products. The powder is then baked in one of our four chamber furnaces or our continuous furnace at about 160 to 200 degrees and melts to a smooth, closed surface.
For large serial orders we use our hand powder booth with conveyor system and gas-heated A continuous furnace. The products pass through the oven hanging on a transport rail.
This production line is very energy-saving and efficient. In addition, with the continuous furnace we ensure particularly uniform baking conditions and thus quality in series. For small parts we have four manual powder booths and three gas-heated chamber furnaces. Here the pre-treatment, a large powder booth and a curing oven are connected via a rail system.
