Schulz Stanztechnik has been in existence as a company for more than 50 years, and operating since 1991 from its premises in Halver on behalf of numerous customers at home and abroad. We produce and assemble a large number of products in differing versions on our production facilities covering more than 2,500 m². Our wide range of products presented to you on this website can cope with practically every conceivable task involved in transporting goods. The main products consist of axial deep groove ball bearings, detailed parts and components for systems used in warehousing, materials moving and transport tasks, stampings and stamped bent parts, together with accessories for cable installation.

In order to be able to guarantee a high-quality powder coating, it is necessary to clean the workpieces optimally.
This is done in our 4-zone degreasing and iron phosphating facility, where the parts to be coated are degreased, phosphated and rinsed several times with fully demineralised water in a spray process.By the use of a vacuum evaporator system and a reverse osmosis system, this takes place almost without waste water.Rust, scale or old coats of paint impair the quality of the powder coating considerably, therefore it may be necessary to have the workpieces sandblasted or chemically stripped.
This is carried out by external partner companies, our expert staff will be pleased to help you further.
