Darmstädter GmbH was founded in 1952 and has been active in the field of technical textiles ever since - initially with a focus on making up protective clothing. Later, the core business shifted to the finishing of glass fabrics, aramide fabrics and their blends.
Darmstädter has a machine park that ranges from coating systems to special machine construction. The functionally manufactured products made here are used in a wide variety of applications worldwide.
Customers from the fields of automotive engineering, shipbuilding, aircraft construction, power plant construction, expansion joint construction, high-temperature insulation, protective clothing for heat-exposed workplaces, as well as users of flame-resistant fire & smoke protection fabrics for building fire protection and many more use our know-how to obtain technically high-quality and future-oriented product solutions. These product solutions can be purchased from us as a full product in addition to equipment performance.

The Neue WMS Flocktechnik GmbH has more than 25 years’ experience as an industrial flocking company and series supplier to the automotive industry for flocked moulded parts. We provide our services to many system suppliers from the automotive branch but also to packing materials manufacturers and outfitters in the furniture industry. We use several different flocking technologies in order to ensure a high level of process reliability, including for complicated shapes, contours and surfaces.
Today, as one of the main wage-based flocking companies in Europe, we are also development partners of our clients. Through an intensive cooperation right from the early stages of the projects, we support our customers in the creation of economic processes for all flocked parts.
With our montage and logistic services, we offer an all-round service for everything to do with our flocking product. As international partner of the automotive sector, we are represented by two modern sites in Germany and one in Romania.
