Goang Chyan was established in 1970 and has been engaged in the production, design, and development of gears, including gear rack design, spiral bevel gear design, helical gear design, worm and worm wheel design, and spur gear design. The company has always been a specialist in gear manufacturing. To improve our capability of production, design and process development as well as to provide better services to our customers, we continue to improvement our production and test equipment from Europe and America and to design on-the-job training programs for our employees. We have successfully secured ISO 9001 certification and aim to get QS9000 certificate. Goang Chyan Industrial Co., Ltd. not only manufactures products, but also designs and develops new products according to the customer's specifications. We are professional and innovative in product development. Based on technic and experience accumulated for 50 years, we provide customers with reliable products and services, which are of high quality and delivered on time. Rotometal Sp. z o.o. was founded in 2006 in Świebodzin by the long-time managing director Joachim Settnik. Currently, Mr. Grzegorz Dołbniak performs the duties of the Managing Director. Mr. Dołbniak has extensive experience in managing production companies. A young, dynamically growing company currently employs over 150 highly qualified employees on a total area of approximately 5,000 m².
In the beginning Rotometal cooperated with external service providers and supported large and well-known companies as a contract manufacturer.
The following services were provided:
CNC turning, CNC milling and grinding on state-of-the-art CNC machine tools. In order to meet the needs of customers, the company later expanded its range of services to include gear manufacturing and heat treatment of materials.
As of October 1, 2008, Rotometal started to cooperate with Gerhardt, one of the leading tool manufacturers for the printing and label industry, located in Denmark. At that time, our tools, such as magnetic, printing and impression cylinders, were distributed worldwide by Gerhardt.
Since these tools have to be manufactured with the highest precision, we attach great importance to the care and accuracy in the execution of the order. These high demands can only be met with the latest CNC-controlled machine tools and well-trained employees.
Perfectly coordinated work organization and scheduling as well as 3-shift work enable us to react quickly to customer requirements.
In order to further expand this successful growth, H. Joachim Settnik succeeded in gaining an investor. Since 25 In April 2017, most of the shares of the owners of Rotometal were sold to Highlander Partners The business combination allows for further development and growth in the future.
We have reasons to claim that today Rototmetal is the largest manufacturer of magnetic and pressure cylinders on the European market.
