Butter belongs to nutrition source and foodstuff. Butter is a milk product, which has a very high fat content. For this reason butter is also a solid item and not a liquid foodstuff. Butter is obtained from the cream of the milk and is therefore essentially a waste product or a by-product of milk.

The German brand butter that is usually obtained in any grocery store, is subject to EU directives and must include a certain part of fat. In addition to the German brand butter, Irish butter is also obtained commercially. Other products, which in turn are obtained from butter include clarified butter. For the production of clarified butter is extracted from the milk part, which is achieved by heating the butter and a subsequent screening. Other products of butter can be, for example, garlic butter or other butter flavored with herbs and for example garlic.

Such a herb butter can easily be produced at home. Butter is used for many other things. However, most people use butter as a spread for bread or a bread roll. But butter can otherwise also be used wonderfully in the kitchen. So many housewives use a piece of butter for frying. Whether fried eggs or baked potatoes, butter is suitable for frying various food excellently.
