Übernahme im Jahr 1994 durch HAVER & BOECKER, Oelde/Deutschland,
einem der führenden Packmaschinenhersteller, kam Ende der 90er Jahre die
Spezialisierung auf Nahrungsmittel und Tiernahrung.
