Since it was founded in 2005 - as a German sister company of the Dutch Horrichs Apparatenbouw BV and Holland Filter BV - UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has combined the knowledge and experience of these two traditional companies.

The products were originally used for process and waste water treatment, with extensive experience being gained particularly in the food industry.

Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials. The decision to exclusively use stainless steel and other high-quality materials was then quickly made. Core densities differ from 10 cpsi to 800 cpsi;
Core structures can be concentric, spiral,double S type, three-core type etc.; Transverse section can be made into round, square, oval, polygon, or some other special structures.
Core material is ultra-thin FeCralloy, thickness differs from 0.03mm - 0.11mm, outer shell is stainless steel seamless tube or stainless steel welded tube, like SUS441, SUS436, SUS430CuN etc. The substrates is welded by 100% high temperature vacuum brazing.
Customized sizes and shapes of metal substrates are available.
