Termokar INC. was established in 2004 as a Karcıoğlu Group investment on a 3.200 m² production area over 6500 m² area in Atatürk Industrial Zone. Since the day it was established, it has been influential in production and sales of heat exchangers for industrial cooling and HVAC applications and has taken its place among prominent companies of the market.
In 2012, it moved to its new plant with 12.000 m2 closed area over 17.500 m² total area in Manisa Industrial Zone (MOSB) and thus has had the opportunity to provide better service to its customers at home and abroad.
Nowadays, Termokar heat exchangers has been preferred supplier in many different geographies from Middle East to Scandinavia and from Europe to Africa.

Material / Substance: Carbon steel, stainless steel or special materials
Heat insulation & surface treatment: according to customer specifications

Kullanım alanları / Alıcı sektörleri

Liquid - air heat exchanger are build, for example, to heat combustion air by steam, water or thermal-oil in order to increase the efficiency of a combustion process of power plants or boiler plants. This type of heat exchanger is also called liquid - gas heat exchanger or gas heater.
Exhaust gas heat exchangers are used for recovering the heat from hot flue gases into water, thermal-oil or steam to use the recovered heat for process heating, heating of buildings and / or for power generation for example with an ORC process. In this way the efficiency of the complete plant can be increased significantly. This type of heat exchangers are also called economizer.
Air cooler / condensers for efficient cooling, re-cooling and condensation of liquids or vapors.
Maxxtec heat exchangers are available for both water, steam and for organic liquids. The construction can be carried out in different materials / material combinations with surface treatment according to customer specifications.

About us:
j&w Cleaning Systems was founded in may 1998 as a spin-off from the company jaresch&wegener (founded in 1932).
Due to decades of professional experience in the field of engineering and manufacturing steel structures and fan rings for any type of heat exchanger plant, a new idea arose in the 90's - the idea to design cleaning systems for enourmous fouled heat exchangers.
Meanwhile j&w has become the technological market leader on this sector.

Als eigentümergeführtes Unternehmen mit langer handwerklicher Tradition hat sich die Bardenhagen-Gruppe seit der Gründung 1986 zu einem deutschlandweit tätigen Unternehmen mit mittlerweile über 100 Mitarbeitern entwickelt, das Unternehmen der Prozessindustrie, insbesondere aus den Bereichen Chemie und Petrochemie, Raffinerien, Kraftwerken mit fossilen Brennstoffen und Kernkraftwerken, Windenergie mit spezialisierten Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturservices unterstützen, als Spezialist rund um Rohrleitungen und Armaturen.
Überall dort, wo ein 24-Stundenbetrieb gewährleistet sein muss und wo Anlagen für eine Reparatur nicht abgeschaltet, ausgebaut und extern überholt werden können, kommen Bardenhagen-Techniker zum Einsatz. Von den Niederlassungen in Horneburg bei Stade (Hauptquartier und Verwaltungssitz), Hürth bei Köln, Schwedt/Oder und Leuna aus wird das gesamte Bundesgebiet wie auch das benachbarte Ausland betreut. Wir bearbeiten sowohl kleinere Soforteinsätze vor Ort beim Kunden wie auch komplette Aufgabenpakete wie die Armaturenrevision einer Großraffinerie während eines planmäßigen Stillstands.
