Essentially all FISCHER PRECISE spindle models, whether with an integrated motor or belt drive, are ideally suited to the traditional internal grinding process for continuous drilled holes. With this type of process, it is mainly radial forces that arise. In the case of deeper holes, process cooling is usually effective with the aid of a cooling lance from the opposite side. Whether grinding the tiniest holes at 160’000 rpm, or a special requirement for a „bottleneck spindle“ for 3,000 mm deep holes, FISCHER PRECISE has a suitable grinding spindle.
