Description
The trapezoidal screw spindles are designed and supplied as a complete installation kit with one or more fitted nuts as standard and according to customer requirements. Material, use, ensuring of lubrication and adjustment of the clearance created during operation are subject to the respective design habits of the customers and are not solved by the manufacturer. The manufacturer is only available for advice.
Technical data
For the production of precision ball screws, steels of the quality ČSN 14 260, CF53 or 42CrMo4 (shafts) and 14 109 or 14 209 (nuts) are used. The nuts and the threaded part of the spindle are case-hardened and reach a hardness of 58-60 HRC. The core and non-hardened parts of the shaft have a minimum strength of Rm = 650 MPa.
Areas of applicationfine (thread grinding machines, drilling machines, precision machines), medium (dividing heads, lathes, milling machines, horizontal boring machines) - standard design, coarse (machines without special requirements for accuracy).

Show more Since its creation in 1999, FLI has quickly established itself as a player specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of linear guide components. In 2001, the company expanded its skills by opening its own machining workshop, marking an important step towards the integration of its own technical solutions.
In 2005, FLI took a new step by launching its own range of specialized products,
including ball bearings and linear tables. This development continued with the internationalization of the company thanks to the creation of a dedicated export department. The year 2008 was marked by the move to our new factory located in Janneyrias, equipped with modern infrastructure adapted to the growth of the company. Six years later, in 2014, the modernization of the machine fleet allowed FLI to further improve its production capacities.
