Multitech excels in advanced PCB technologies,producing multi-layer boards(1-50 layers),aluminum-based boards(1-4 layers),flexible PCBs(2-10 layers),and rigid-flex boards(36/10 layers).The company utilizes a wide range of materials,including FR4,aluminum substrates,high-frequency materials(e.g.,PTFE),and premium substrates like Rogers and Arlon.Its precision engineering features minimum line width/spacing of 3mil,laser drilling as small as 0.1mm,impedance tolerance within±5%,and BGA pitch down to 0.2mm.We can manufacture various types of PCBs, including high-frequency circuit boards, hybrid-pressed circuit boards, buried and blind via circuit boards, multi-layer circuit boards, HDI (High Density Interconnect) circuit boards, rigid-flex combined boards, IC package substrates, ceramic circuit boards, special-purpose circuit boards, etc. We meet the diverse PCB needs of different fields. In PCBA assembly,Multitech integrates design,component procurement,prototyping,and mass production.It has 8 high-speed SMT production lines with Yamaha machines,offering placement accuracy of±50μm and a throughput exceeding 80,000 components per hour.The company supports over 10 surface finishing processes,including ENIG,immersion silver,and immersion tin,and is equipped with DIP and selective soldering capabilities.
Facilities&Quality Control
The PCB workshop covers 100,000 sq.m.with an annual capacity of 30 million sq.ft.,while the PCBA workshop spans 2,000 sq.m.with 5 current SMT lines.Multitech uses Direct Laser M3 for stencil cutting with±1.5μm precision.For quality control,it employs AOI,X-RAY,and 3D X-Ray(AX8200MAX)for in-line inspection,achieving<15 PPM defect rate for automotive-grade PCBs.The company maintains a stringent quality control process with IQC,IPQC,and OQA,ensuring"zero defect"standards.
