In PCBA assembly,Multitech integrates design,component procurement,prototyping,and mass production.It has 8 high-speed SMT production lines with Yamaha machines,offering placement accuracy of±50μm and a throughput exceeding 80,000 components per hour.The company supports over 10 surface finishing processes,including ENIG,immersion silver,and immersion tin,and is equipped with DIP and selective soldering capabilities.
Facilities&Quality Control
The PCB workshop covers 100,000 sq.m.with an annual capacity of 30 million sq.ft.,while the PCBA workshop spans 2,000 sq.m.with 5 current SMT lines.Multitech uses Direct Laser M3 for stencil cutting with±1.5μm precision.For quality control,it employs AOI,X-RAY,and 3D X-Ray(AX8200MAX)for in-line inspection,achieving<15 PPM defect rate for automotive-grade PCBs.The company maintains a stringent quality control process with IQC,IPQC,and OQA,ensuring"zero defect"standards.
