Jevea company started its history in 2013 with the start of bottling of natural mineral water and drinking water in 19-liter bottles. Today it is already a line of bottled water in different capacities. We produce more than 3 million bottles a year.

Our plant for extraction and bottling of mineral natural table drinking water “Zhivea Crystalnaya”|“Jevea Crystalnaya” and drinking water “Zhivea”|“Jevea” is located 370 km from Moscow in Vichuga district of Ivanovo region in the village of Chertovishchi. Water is extracted from an artesian well from a depth of 130 meters.

Industrial water extraction has existed here since 1881. It was organized by the family of Abramovs, who needed clean, non-scaling water for flax processing. At that time the well was incredibly deep. The water from the well turned out to be clean, fresh and very pleasant to taste. Soon, thanks to its taste, unique softness and healing properties, this natural water became famous in the territory of Ivanovo province.

Today it is a modern factory using advanced technologies, state-of-the-art equipment, and an automated bottling process. The linen factory itself, founded by Ivan Andreyevich Abramov in 1850, has survived to this day. The building of the factory and the manor house of the Abramovs are considered to be the historical and cultural heritage of the village.

At present, the water bottling plant in the village of Chertovichi, together with other enterprises, forms the basis of the economy of the rural settlement, creating additional jobs and solving the problem of employment of the local population.

As a product, Zhiveya Kristalnaya is pure and perfect by nature. It is given an optimally balanced set of microelements, the combination of which gives the water softness and freshness flavor. In fact, the purity of the initial artesian water and its mineral composition fully comply with all statutory regulations and GOST. The sixth sense - that's how Sesto Senso translates from Italian. We have been producing coffee since 2009, with the latest generation of automated equipment, following the latest technologies and world standards.
An automated green coffee roasting line is successfully operating at our production facility. The special feature of this equipment is that it is fully automated and ensures a continuous roasting process. After the first roast, a stable process is established and all processes are automatic.

1. We use the latest generation of roasting equipment in our production. It utilizes all the achievements in the field of coffee roasting. For specialists it will be understandable if we say that the equipment implements everything that one of the greatest authorities in the field of coffee roasting - Scott Rao - says in his recommendations. The program allows you to quickly control the ROR in the roasting process, and this, in turn, gives the operator the opportunity to perfectly roast coffee.
2. Your coffee grinders will last a long time! We use a destoner that cleans the roasted coffee from stones. And a powerful magnet catches metal debris.
3. Our instruments allow for objective product control. The initial parameter that affects the quality and consistency of coffee roasting is the moisture content of the beans. Before loading the coffee into the roaster, we measure the moisture content of the bean and then adjust the roasting parameters. We check the objective quality control of the roasted coffee by the extraction of the beverage. Extraction shows how much of the solid matter from the grind is dissolved in water. For this purpose we have a refractometer VST.
4. Our equipment allows us to produce industrial coffee grinding. You can order grinding of both our coffee and your own with the scheme of tolling service. Coffee grinding is carried out on an industrial coffee grinder and ground coffee is poured into polypropylene bags with a polyethylene liner and sewn. We grind coffee for further packing into bags for brewing in a turbo or making espresso, as well as for technical use in cosmetics, soap making, etc.
