Heat Contracting  Manufacturers, Traders, Suppliers

Since the end of the last century, the service of heat contracts has been known. Another term is heat contracting.A contract is concluded between owners / landlords of residential property and heating construction companies or energy suppliers for the service of heat contracts. By such a (long-term) contract the partner takes over the supply of the tenants with heat from the owner/landlord. Hot water can also be included in such a contract. Basically, there are two types of heat contracting: In the case of partial contracting, the heat generation system (heating/hot water heating) remains the property of the landlord. The contractual partner pays the landlord a lease for the installation. As a result, he is the operator of this plant and settles the consumption costs directly with the tenants, taking into account the lease costs, of course. In the case of full contracting, however, the partner finances the heat generation plant and settles the consumption costs with the tenants, taking into account his investment costs. As a rule, such contracts are concluded for the construction of new heat generation plants.
