Ever since the construction of the very first machine for heat and power generation from energy sources some 20 years ago, Maxxtec has dominated the market for energy supply crucial with decentralized ORC power plants in Europe and is now capable of a full range of heat transfer media such as thermal oil, water, steam and salt or molten metal with all available solid, liquid or gaseous fuels combine for heat and electricity from local energy sources.
In addition to these products Maxxtec also provides components to improve reliability, such as the "airmaxx" systems for boiler cleaning of heating surfaces, the "pumpmaxx" system for pump monitoring (Condition Monitoring System), the "kontamaxx" system for online media monitoring, particularly low pressure loss Strainers, oil filters in parallel "cleanmaxx" and systems for reproducible sampling of thermal oil "samplemaxx" and a seminar program, with which we provide our customers the necessary information for the planning and safe operation of your equipment.

Kissenplatten-Wärmeübertrager (KPWA, engl. Pillow Plate) sind eine spezielle Wärmeaustauscher-Bauart in industriellen Anlagen, bei der zwei aufeinanderliegende Bleche zu einem geschlossenen Druckraum zu sogenannten Thermoblechen verschweißt werden. Um im Druckraum die kundenseitig geforderte Druckfestigkeit zu erlangen und zusätzlich maximale strömungsmechanische und thermodynamische Effizienz zu generieren, wird ein lasergeschweißtes oder widerstandsgeschweißtes Punktmuster innerhalb des Druckraums definiert. Das Punktmuster von Thermoblechen ist das charakteristische Element von Kissenplatten-Wärmeübertrager-Systemen und wird von den Ingenieurinnen und Ingenieuren bei BUCO in der Thematik Wärmeaustausch seit vielen Jahrzenten in Perfektion festgelegt und darüber hinaus durch Rückopplung von Prozessdaten und Kundendaten stetig in die aktuelle Auslegung und Berechnung integriert.
