Hydraulic ram presses.For dewatering of rejects from the pulper or waste pulper. Metal or plastic wires are cut off simultaneously during the drainage process. The pressed waste is ejected through a pusher.

VetterTec screw presses are used to dewater fibrous materials of different consistencies, by maintaining mechanical force (electricity). The mechanical is the most efficient way to get rid of the water.

The material is fed to the pressing screw through a feed hopper, and the screw presses conveys it into the compression area, where the product is further compressed during onward transportation. This is achieved reducing the volume in the screw flights of the press. At the end of the compression area, the product leaves the press through the discharge hopper.
VetterTec screw presses are driven by mechanical or hydraulic systems with infinitely variable speed or electronic control.

The Pühler dewatering press type PE-S 150-200, 250-300 (respective pipe diameter), see Fig. 1 "General view of the machine incl. attachment hopper", was specially developed for dewatering wet or very moist organic as well as inorganic bulk materials. The machine is already in use at our customers for dewatering wet plastic, paper and mixed bulk materials. The materials to be pressed out enter the pressing area via a specially modified receiving hopper, which is characterised by drainage holes at the lower end, which are additionally covered with a perforated plate. There they are pressed by hydraulic cylinders. The machine has special longitudinal slots, which are designed to prevent them from clogging. The Pühler dewatering press PE-S is designed with 3 manually adjustable cross section reduction units in the conveying pipe for individual and quick adaptation to the material flow, the residual moisture to be achieved and the existing consistency. The ejection height of the standard conveyor pipe is 1600 mm. but can be extended on request, depending on the choice of container. Hydraulic and electric cabinet can be placed on the machine or separately at a distance of max. 5 m (hose length). With its 4 rollers, the location of the press can be selected flexibly.

The press is made of steel St 52 and can be delivered galvanized, painted or in VA for an extra charge.
