High quantities are produced economically on modern, automated systems. Metal sheets up to a dimension of 3,000 mm x 1,500 mm can be processed. The maximum sheet thickness is 8 mm.

In many cases, punching represents a cost-effective alternative to laser cutting. Working areas of 8,000 mm in length and 1,500 mm in width with material thicknesses of up to 6 mm offer a wide range of design possibilities.
The use of modern punching tools also enables the attachment of pull-throughs, threads, angles and much more.

Presses and dies apply external forces to metal materials such as plates, strips, and pipes to cause them to deform or separate plastically, thereby obtaining workpieces of specific shapes and sizes. The processing method is mainly cold stamping, that is, using dies to perform blanking, bending, drawing, forming, and finishing on metal plates at room temperature.

Choose metal plates of different hardness according to process requirements. For example, aluminum alloy plates are tested with a Webster hardness tester. If the thickness exceeds 13mm, use a Barcol hardness tester.
