CNC punching: Up to 8.000mm length, 1500mm width and 6mm thickness.

High quantities are produced economically on modern, automated systems. Metal sheets up to a dimension of 3,000 mm x 1,500 mm can be processed. The maximum sheet thickness is 8 mm.

In many cases, punching is a cost-effective alternative to laser cutting. Working areas of 8,000 mm in length and 1,500 mm in width with material thicknesses of up to 6 mm offer a wide range of design possibilities.
The use of modern punching tools also enables the attachment of pull-throughs, threads, angles and much more.

According to drawings, samples or individual specifications, we manufacture stamped parts and formed parts for you including the complete subsequent processing and finishing in the batch size you require. This results in simple washers and mounting brackets through to high-precision shift parts, moulded parts for the automotive industry and mechanical engineering and complex follow-on composite parts. High precision in combination with the latest punching technology is particularly important here.

Schulz Stanztechnik has been in existence as a company for more than 50 years, and operating since 1991 from its premises in Halver on behalf of numerous customers at home and abroad. We produce and assemble a large number of products in differing versions on our production facilities covering more than 2,500 m². Our wide range of products presented to you on this website can cope with practically every conceivable task involved in transporting goods. The main products consist of axial deep groove ball bearings, detailed parts and components for systems used in warehousing, materials moving and transport tasks, stampings and stamped bent parts, together with accessories for cable installation.

Since the company was founded in 1932, KOHLSCHEIN has been an industrial manufacturer of high-quality solid board & cartons. On our reel-to-sheet machine, we laminate a wide variety of paper and cardboard qualities (from approx. 100 g/sqm) from reel to multi-ply glued papers or stronger cardboard qualities and boards.
All products of the KROMA® family, EKA wood-based board and the STUDIOBOARD® glued chromo board are produced on our reel-to-sheet machine in Viersen. A large roll stock makes us very flexible for special formats and customized material combinations.

We process multiple metals—steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel—with key technologies: precision stamping (for high-volume parts like brackets/clips), deep drawing (for complex hollow components), CNC laser cutting (intricate shapes,tight tolerance), and bending (custom angles).
Our monthly output scales to 1.2 million stamped parts or 500,000 cut/bent components. We also provide post-processing: deburring, plating, powder coating, and passivation. Every step includes dimensional checks and material performance tests, meeting ISO/ASTM standards for auto, aerospace, and electronics
