Coatings of rollers, wheels or rollers are possible with our solid materials Diepothan® and Vulkollan® or with our foamed materials Diepocell® and Vulkocell®.
Thanks to the good technical properties and a wide range of material qualities, we are able to respond very specifically to customer requirements such as high or low damping, wear resistance or high grip and durability.
The coating of provided basic bodies is just as possible as the delivery of the completely finished assembly.
We can also carry out subsequent mechanical processing, e.g. regrinding or applying chamfers or heels.
The design of rolls including material thicknesses or material qualities as well as contouring are possible at any time thanks to our in-house engineering in close consultation with the customer's requirements.
