Permanent mould casting in hard or nodular cast iron quality. Roller shells with cylindrical or conical working surfaces are thus given a very hard and wear-resistant surface with subsequent transition zone to the grey layer.
The roll shells are machined on all sides ready for installation or, at the customer's request, simply pre-machined
