In the beginning Rotometal cooperated with external service providers and supported large and well-known companies as a contract manufacturer.

CNC turning, CNC milling and grinding on state-of-the-art CNC machine tools. In order to meet the needs of customers, the company later expanded its range of services to include gear manufacturing and heat treatment of materials.
As of October 1, 2008, Rotometal started to cooperate with Gerhardt, one of the leading tool manufacturers for the printing and label industry, located in Denmark. At that time, our tools, such as magnetic, printing and impression cylinders, were distributed worldwide by Gerhardt.
Since these tools have to be manufactured with the highest precision, we attach great importance to the care and accuracy in the execution of the order. These high demands can only be met with the latest CNC-controlled machine tools and well-trained employees.
Perfectly coordinated work organization and scheduling as well as 3-shift work enable us to react quickly to customer requirements.
In order to further expand this successful growth, H. Joachim Settnik succeeded in gaining an investor. Since 25 In April 2017, most of the shares of the owners of Rotometal were sold to Highlander Partners The business combination allows for further development and growth in the future.
We have reasons to claim that today Rototmetal is the largest manufacturer of magnetic and pressure cylinders on the European market.
