The company specializes in drilling & tapping machines, vertical machining centers, high-speed vertical machining center, horizontal machining centers, gantry machining centers and high-speed milling and engraving machine. Products are widely used in the automotive industry, mold manufacturing, precision electronic components processing, precision valve manufacturing and aerospace industry, shipbuilding industry and other fields, products are sold all over the world.
Company's product structure design, production and processing, the overall assembly, finished product testing are strictly in accordance with ISO9001: 2000 management mode. Das Unternehmen wurde in den 60er Jahren in Duisburg Rheinhausen als Reglerbau Herpertz GmbH gegründet, firmierte seit Mitte der 70er Jahre als Regler + Armaturen Rippstein GmbH und wurde 1987 als Regler + Armaturen Terschüren GmbH neu gegründet. Ab 2014 firmiert der Geschäftsbereich der Reglerproduktion als W2 Armaturen GmbH.
2005 wurden die Aktivitäten der Allo Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH erworben. 2011 wurden die Aktivitäten von Scheer Regler übernommen.
Seit der Gründung des Unternehmens liegt der Schwerpunkt der Geschäftstätigkeit in der Entwicklung und Konstruktion kundenspezifischer Lösungen sowie deren kompletten Herstellung in den eigenen Fertigungsstätten.

Raster-Zeulenroda fertigt derzeit eine Pressenanlage, welche aus zwei Stufenpressen mit 8.000 kN Presskraft und zwei Stanzautomaten mit je 2.500 kN Presskraft besteht. Alle vier Maschinen wurden in Zeulenroda gefertigt bzw. sind derzeit noch in der Endmontage. Durch die Kombination von je zwei Stanz- und Umformautomaten sowie der Einbindung verschiedener Peripherieanlagen können mit diesem neuartigen Anlagenkonzept verschiedenste Fertigungsabläufe flexibel und effizient umgesetzt...
