ABT 스포츠라인은 오늘날 폴크스바겐과 아우디 그룹의 가장 큰 자동차 튜너이며, 테트라포드 브랜드를 위한 많은 자동차 경주 행사도 실시하고 있다. 하지만 어제도 125년 이상 된 회사에서, 우리는 여기에 뿌리를 두고 있습니다. 나는 뿌리가 똑바로 서 있는 것은 중요하다고 생각하지만, 그것들이 너를 땅에 묶을 수는 없다. 나의 조상들은 이미 이 격언을 마음에 새겼다. 요한 압트(Johann Abt)라는 사람은 1896년에 진정한 의미의 ‘혁신적인 단조 공장’을 설립했다. 그는 말굽을 만들고 마차를 수리하는 데 그치지 않고, 혹독한 눈에도 썰매로 사용할 수 있는 마차를 발명했다. 다시 말해, 그것은 진정한 혼합체였다. 그 이후로 우리의 가족 사업은 계속 진화하고 있다. 산속의 개울이 자갈을 갈고, 조금씩 더 큰 바다로 밀어 넣듯이, 많은 세대의 혁신이 우리를 더 멀리 데려다 주었다. 자동차에 대한 사랑은 일찍부터 우리의 마음과 머릿속에 들어왔다.
