From its artisanal beginnings, a modern industrial company has developed over the years. Since 1920, materials such as aluminum, monel and nickel have been processed in addition to copper. The company Richard Stihler Apparatebau und Maschinenfabrik was founded in 1919 as a coppersmith's shop by Mr. Richard Stihler in Lahr. The company is a family business in the Ortenau region and is now managed in the 3rd generation by Annette Stihler and Christian Stihler.
