Combination filter
Due to modern power electronics more and more interference pulses are transmitted to the downstream motors. This can lead to high oscillating circuit voltages due to parasitic capacitances (lines, in components) and damage or destroy the motor winding. In order to reduce or eliminate these interferences (harmonics, EMC), a combination filter is additionally connected between the frequency converter and the motor. In combination filters, the voltages against the PE are also as good as without interference. In addition, we can also dimension combi-filters (other resonance / clock frequency) especially according to your specifications with the help of our calculation computers and have them manufactured by our trained specialists.Three phase combi-filter rated voltage Un = 3x 400V consisting of a sinusoidal filter + three-phase transformer with separate windings, completely wired. Chokes and transformers are vacuum impregnated with cast resin lacquer to reduce humming noise and increase insulation.We use high-quality insulation materials of the chokes for insulation class T40/F.
connections depending on the current intensity as terminals or cable lugs.
All combi-filters are computer-dimensioned, manufactured with CNC-machines, piece-tested including a high-voltage insulation test with several 1000V.
CE-conform IP00, installation up to IP21.

It all started with a little grey box. 25 years ago, Jürgen Kemper and Erwin Telöken
developed and built their first extraction unit for dental and laboratory technology.

units.
