Die casting is an efficient metal forming process in which molten metal is injected into a mold cavity under high pressure. After cooling and solidification, parts with precise dimensions and good surface quality are produced. In the die casting process, the metal is melted and then quickly injected into the mold at high pressure (typically between 150 and 1200 bar). Commonly used metals in die casting are low-melting alloys such as aluminum, zinc and magnesium. Rex factory covers an area of 6,000 square meters with a die casting shop,a CNC shop,2 spraying shops and 2 assembly lines. The die casting shop equipped with 10 sets of 120T-1000T die-casting machines,which can produce parts weighing up to 15 kg and provide daily output of 10,000 pcs/day. The CNC shop equipped with 12 sets of CNC machines,which has max processing dimension of 1200mm*900mm*500mm,and 10 sets of CNC turning machines,which has max processing diameter of 800mm. The spraying shops equipped with 3 lines of liquid and powder spraying,which includes Ceramic Coating,Nano-coating,Organosilicon Modified coating,etc that can withstand high temperature of 420°.

1.Temperature control
Pouring temperature:
Silicon aluminum alloy (such as ADC12): simple structural components at 610-630 ° C, complex components at 644-680 ° C 12.
Alloys with poor fluidity require an increase in temperature (e.g. A380 alloy can reach 720 ° C).
Mold temperature:
Aluminum alloy molds are recommended to be heated between 200-280 ° C, with higher temperatures required for thin-walled/complex parts.
2.Injection parameters
Injection speed:
Slow stage 0.1-0.5m/s (exhaust), fast stage 2-6m/s (filling) 45.
Thin walled components require a speed of ≥ 4m/s, while thick walled components can reduce the speed by 5.
Pressure ratio:
Thin walled components have a pressure range of 80-120MPa, while thick walled components can reduce pressure but require an increase of 5% in boost pressure.
3.Time parameter
Filling time: 0.01-0.1 seconds, extended by 3 seconds when the alloy temperature is high or the mold heat dissipation is fast.
Pressure holding time: ≥ 2 seconds, with an extension of 0.5 seconds for every 1mm increase in thick walled components.
