The bending press is a manufacturing process in which the starting material is unformed and thus a permanent, final deformation is produced. This press is the perfect machine for workshops and of course very helpful in production, because it can be used for many production tasks. A distinction is made here between three application methods: die bending, swivel bending and roll bending.The best known and widely used method is die bending, whereby the sheet is pressed between a bending die and a bending punch. Examples are housings or cladding parts.Roll bending is mainly used when bending stainless steel or pre-painted sheets, this application does not cause any scratches on the surface of the sheet.When pivoting bending the sheet is formed by a bending movement of the bending beam.
