With a great degree of quality consciousness, selected and detailed tests ensure throughout all work steps that the quality corresponds to the specification drawings. For this purpose, a fully air-conditioned measuring room with vibration-free floor and state-of-the-art measuring technology is available.
During the planning phase already we work on an interdisciplinary basis and can meet even the highest demands with our comprehensive project management including FMEA, control plans, component histories and gate reviews.
This quality advance planning is complemented by part-specific inspection plans, statistical process control and capability certificates for machines and/or proof of process capability as well as proactive technical cleanliness according to VDA 19 (German Association of the Automotive Industry) in Production.
Capability certificates for inspection equipment according to the guidelines of MSA-QS9000 and/or VDA 5 (German Association of the Automotive Industry) are a matter of course.
In addition we cooperate, if required, with accredited testing laboratories and higher education institutions.

1A-Turned Parts offers you a high-precision range of ready-to-install CNC turned parts. We have specialized in the production of serial turned parts from an order quantity of approx. 500 pieces.
