With a total of 16 CNC-controlled lathes (some of them double spindle machines) in the areas of bar and chuck machines, we are able to master the whole range of machining processes in turning. We manufacture high-precision turned parts, in bar machines for diameters from 20 to 100 mm, and for chuck parts with diameters from 20 to 350 mm. Some of the lathes are equipped with powered tools (1 to 2 revolver and Y-axis) to manufacture complex components for our customers in the automotive industry, drive technology as well as mechanical engineering.
The machinery is characterised by its versatile applicability. Thanks to this, we remain able to deliver even in times of supply bottlenecks and therefore we can ensure our customers' just in time supply with parts.
A focus of our range of parts lies in the area of serial production of highly complex automotive parts. As an automotive supplier, our state-of-the-art tool management helps us to compensate tool failures immediately.
The heat treatment or surface refinement at partner companies certified according to ISO/TS16949 and/or ISO9001, conducted at the customer’s request, round off the whole machining process.

After founding the company in 1990 with initially four employees, we quickly established ourselves as a specialist in the technical plastics segment. Our range of products varies from our own production of semi-finished goods to variously processed finished parts made of standard and engineering plastics or high-performance plastics. In the semi-finished goods segment, we produce plastic sheets in various standard dimensions and thicknesses However, a large part of our semi-finished goods is being processed inside our plants into individual machined parts. In addition to large as well as prototype-series, we offer our clients individually customized products. Both high and ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylenes (e.g. PE500, PE1000) as well as polyamides (PA), polyoxymethylenes (POM) and other materials like PVDF or PEEK are being machined in our factories. A distinctive quality management, constant education and training of our employees as well as a precise selection of raw materials ensure the reliability of our products.
