well diamond wire saws achieve smooth, sharp-edged surfaces on practically any material. The "cutting tool" used is stainless steel wire with diamond grains,
which are embedded in the wire in such a way. This patented embedding process ensures maximum cutting ability and the longevity of the wire.
The wire is wound around a drum mounted on a precision hoist motor. Depending on the size of the saw, the length of the wire ranges from 10 to 40 metres.
Its diameter is between 0.10 and 0.70 mm.
All our saws use gravity and/or weights as a method to achieve and maintain uniform feed rates.
In addition, they all have continuous variable speed control for the wire.
Coolant is not required at all, but we recommend using our cleaning fluid to remove loose particles from the diamond grains.

Polishing is to use a small amount of polishing powder or polishing liquid to place on polishing cloth, later the sample is polished.Purpose of polishing is to remove the deformation and scratches during the grinding process,resulting in a scratched mirror surface for microscopic analysis of the microstructure.
