Schulz Stanztechnik has been in existence as a company for more than 50 years, and operating since 1991 from its premises in Halver on behalf of numerous customers at home and abroad. Founded in 1993 in Sättelstädt near Eisenach, the modern company Ha-Bck is situated as a supporter of metal and steel construction companies, special purpose machine construction companies and the automotive and commercial vehicle industry.
Ha-Beck also works for producers of mining and construction machines as well as for medical equipment, the furniture industry, aircraft technology, rail transport technology, and for craftsman´s business such as joiners, carpenters and many others.
In the machining of steels, special steel, aluminium, and pipes, whether in individual, job lot or industrial scale production, ha-Beck uses lasers with a cutting capacity of 1500, 2000 or 3000 watt. As a less expensive alternative to pressing, Ha-Beck utilizes high-speed lasers for sheet metal (laser machining with 5 axes, 3D cutting of deepdrawing parts).
