Through the high forces applied in pressing contact pressure, forming, or separating operations are achieved – stamping is a manufacturing process in which the workpiece is produced in one stroke by means of cutting and bending operations with the aid of a two-piece tool. Temming GmbH & Co. KG is especially strong in the area of pressed and stamped parts, especially for volume production. Blanked partsBlanking is one of the most basic processes in stamping, which is to separate and deform the plate through the die, and separate part of the material from the blank, so as to obtain the workpiece of the required shape and size.


Bending part

Bending is the core process of changing the shape of the sheet by applying pressure to the sheet through the mold, which makes the sheet produce plastic bending deformation, forming a workpiece with a specific angle and curvature.


Deep drawing parts

Deep drawing (also known as drawing) is a process of drawing flat blank or hollow semi-finished product into open hollow parts under pressure through a die, which can realize the shape transformation from "flat" to "three-dimensional" and is the key process of complex stamping parts.


Shaped part

Forming is the local plastic deformation of the sheet through the die to change the shape and size of the blank or semi-finished product (not simple bending or deep drawing). It is often used to process workpieces with special structures.


Composite stamping parts

Composite stamping parts are not a single process product, but two or more basic processes (such as blanking + bending, deep drawing + punching, bending + flanging) are combined through the same pair of dies or multiple consecutive pairs of dies. It is suitable for workpieces with complex shapes and high precision.
