According to drawings, samples or individual specifications, we manufacture stamped parts and formed parts for you including the complete subsequent processing and finishing in the batch size you require. This results in simple washers and mounting brackets through to high-precision shift parts, moulded parts for the automotive industry and mechanical engineering and complex follow-on composite parts. High precision in combination with the latest punching technology is particularly important here.

Through the high forces applied in pressing contact pressure, forming, or separating operations are achieved – stamping is a manufacturing process in which the workpiece is produced in one stroke by means of cutting and bending operations with the aid of a two-piece tool. Temming GmbH & Co. KG is especially strong in the area of pressed and stamped parts, especially for volume production. In addition to individual pressed and stamped components, our product range also includes subsequently processed products such as riveted, welded, or bolted assemblies. As final product these units are available in bare, zinc plated, yellow chromated, hot-dip galvanized, or powder coated versions.
Our company has advanced machinery and equipment. The mold workshop is equipped with multiple CNC machine tools (wire cutting, spark machines). The production workshop has over a dozen high-speed precision automatic punching presses. We have strong technical development capabilities and have more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing hardware stamping and processing. We have strived for improved management and pragmatic progress. Our company has been engaged in the manufacturing of various hardware stamping parts for pipeline systems, vehicle industry, electrical appliances, connectors, lighting fixtures, etc., and produces various precision steel spring products such as clamps and buckles. Stamping is Presses and dies apply external forces to metal materials such as plates, strips, and pipes to cause them to deform or separate plastically, thereby obtaining workpieces of specific shapes and sizes. The processing method is mainly cold stamping, that is, using dies to perform blanking, bending, drawing, forming, and finishing on metal plates at room temperature.
Choose metal plates of different hardness according to process requirements. For example, aluminum alloy plates are tested with a Webster hardness tester. If the thickness exceeds 13mm, use a Barcol hardness tester.

Since 1965, we are forming custom and standardized products by cold extrusion. Our procedures require significantly less raw material than the usual methods and are therefore more cost effective. Careful processing of the formed parts assures top quality, compliance with technical specifications and accurate fit.

In the course of a forming operation, we demonstrate for example how the finished product will look. In some instances, we will perform the application development including the cost calculation and production planning.
