In many industrial areas, they handle key functions in the clarification of liquids, separation of liquid mixtures, and concentrating and dewatering.

Using the metal separator (airless metal separator) of type metal kicker, you can kick out all kinds of metal from any kind of material / waste stream. To do this optimally,
will the disintegrated material stream equalised feed by a vibration feeder or any other feeding device onto an acceleration belt. At the end of this belt, underneath the belt is situated an inductive metal detector (for every channel on belt one sensor). These sensors are able to detect all kinds of metals. And this sensor is very sensitive, so it can detect metals from 1 mm grain size. By using our very fast and effective electrodynamics flaps (kicker / actuators) we kicking out surely out of material stream. The system can kick out pieces up to more than 1 kg!

cyclo-phin filters are hydro cyclonic separators made of stainlesssteel.
Their unique design generates a whirlpool effect that enablesthe separation of particles with a higher specific weight than waterfrom the incoming raw water. These filters are highly effective, with aremoval efficiency of up to 99% for solids measuring 75μm or larger,and 65% for 50μm particles.
cyclo-phin filters operate continuously and do not rely on any movingparts, which makes them long-lasting and highly convenient as theyneed little to no maintenance.
These filters come with inspectable covers, with the bottom coverbeing of particular importance as it includes a waste storage tank thatcan be drained using a manual valve (supplied) or an automatic drain valve if required.
